How long does a typical installation take?
Most single-service installs (Wi-Fi, cameras, NAS) take 1–3 hours. Bundled or whole-home projects typically run 3–6 hours. We'll give you a specific time estimate before we arrive so you can plan your day.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Morristown, NJ and serve all of Morris County — including Parsippany, Madison, Chatham, Florham Park, and surrounding towns. Not sure if you're in range? Give us a call or send a message and we'll let you know.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Every install comes with a minimum 14-day follow-up support window. If something we set up stops working correctly due to our configuration, we'll come back and fix it at no charge. Bundle and Full Smart Home tiers include extended 30- and 90-day coverage respectively.
Can you work with equipment I already own?
Absolutely. We can configure and optimize gear you already own — routers, cameras, smart speakers, NAS units, and more. If your existing equipment isn't up to the job, we'll recommend upgrades honestly, without any sales pressure.
How does flat-rate pricing work?
We agree on a fixed price before any work begins. That price covers labor — no matter how long the job takes. Hardware costs (equipment, cables, mounts) are quoted separately and transparently so you always know what you're paying before we touch anything.
Do you offer ongoing tech support?
Yes. Our On-Call Tech Support service offers remote troubleshooting within a 15-minute response SLA, optional monthly health-check reports, and discounted on-site visits. Available as per-incident billing or a monthly subscription — whichever suits you better.
